Hint: If you have not bought your device at Aipermon directly, please refer to your direct contact/dealer for further processing.

 

 

Please complete one form for each device and attach the corresponding purchasing receipt. Telemonitoring systems can be sent without the form.

Please understand that we can not accept devices which have been sent carriage forward unless previously agreed by Aipermon. Repair and service orders are subject to our GTC.
