Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation measures and follow-up treatments are intended to help patients build up their strength in a short time after serious injuries and illnesses, and to achieve as long-term as possible a stabilisation of their state of health. The possibilities of measuring therapeutic success were, until now, very selective. A successful measuring and extension of intensive treatment and accompaniment after treatment in a health resort or out-patient rehabilitation was not possible in many cases.

The telemedical systems of Actimon open up entirely new possibilities in this area. By equipping patients with Actimon telemedical systems:
- Vital parameters can be measured daily during rehabilitation measures and made available to the supervising doctor – no matter whether this is at the patient's home or during a treatment at a health resort
- Activity programmes can be set up, tested and implemented in the context of rehabilitation measures or follow-up treatment, and after completion of the treatment can be accompanied and supervised just as intensively
- Activity programmes can be coupled to the measurement of vital parameters so that, for example, activity and weight or blood pressure can be medically compared and evaluated
Actimon's telemedicine systems such as ActiCoach Vital, ActiCoach Home and ActiCoach Mobile enable providers of rehabilitation measures and follow-up treatment to offer long-term care for patients, and thus create excellent customer loyalty programmes.
